The hotel itself deserves more stars than 3 as the rooms are a good size, clean and modern although the tv volume is so low you cannot hear it with the air con on. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue is the new nightclub on second rd right behind the hotel. The noise is horrendous and went on until 5.30 one morning even tbough entertainment is meant to stop at 2am. I had to change rooms twice to try and get away from the noise which is impossible to do but the rooms facing soi 5 and the beach are better. While i was there, every person who was put in a room facing second rd changed rooms. I hope the owner of the hotel and the pattaya hoteliers association can get this nightclub closed as it seems the police are ignoring the flagrant rulebreaking going on. How this club was allowed where it is and without soundproofing is beyond me. Would i come back to this hotel?, yes if the nightclub has gone, no if it is still going.

8 floor boutique hotel set in a quiet street easy walk to the beach. Check in you have to leave 1,000 THB deposit and the woman does not smile and seems to have an attitude. This is not the first time I have experienced this as when a friend stayed in this hotel a while back she was exactly the same. The rest of the staff were helpful and polite. Rooms are big but TV is small and the bed is hard by western standards. Had the same shower problem as others, the water goes around the outside of the tub and then onto the floor so it becomes slippery. It could be so good with a little thought. With all the choices in Pattaya we were surprised to arrive to a non smiling reception just going through the motions. Will not stay here again !

Hotel was clean and ok. The breakfast staff very helpful but lack of English ment lots of little issues. The whole breakfast was basic and targeted to the Chinese market. Not a variety like other hotels in pattaya. The rooms are large but who ever designed the rooms needs to have a chat with people who use them. I.e the shower screen water flows out to the floor. Creating a hazard on the floor outside the shower. No disabled facilities. Majority of staff are great. Special thanks for looking after the family at the poolside to the pool attandent. Personally I think it could be a hit and miss hotel. It'll be ok for short stays.location is where this hotel is good. Small improvents in this hotel could make it so much better.

stayed here for 2 nights from MAY 18 TO 20 . Check in was smooth . i had requested for a higher floor room to aviod the noise from the bars but was not given even though hotel was not fully occupied other than this my stay was pleasant . staff was courteous. i requested for an 1 hour late check out which i was granted . cleaning staff was good . aircon was excellent . will stay again . breakfast needs to be improved

Advantages - Location is one of the advantages for this hotel. - Clean. - bed: clean. Disadvantages This is the first time I’m facing this issue with any of the hotels i stayed in, i have ask for late checkout from the front disk but unfortunately i have been infrom that i have to pay for it?? So i asked them again until what time they can give me, but they say they cant give me any late checkout for free as the accounts will charge the amount?? - Wifi: is not stable and not strong. - Bathroom: need to fix some issues as the show holder is broken, NO toothbrush were provided. Also you need to becrfull after taking shower because the water will go out from the bath. - Tv: i have issue with the TV when i checked in they come to fix it first time but its not fixed and they come and change the tv in the room. - Telephone: there was issue with it they change it after second complete. - Bed: pillows is hard. Recommendation: its 2 to 3 Star hotel and not as mention in booking as 4 star hotel, do i recommend it for the other’s NO, there is a lot of other options for 4 Star hotel for example (discovery beach hotel, A-one group and mike orchid hotel) Please refer to some photo.
